Dark Flame by Alyson Noel

The fourth installment in this series, Dark Flame, finds Ever struggling to help her best friend Haven transition into life as an immortal. Ever is still battling Roman and trying to obtain the antidote that will allow her and Damen to be together. But when the spell she casts backfires, resulting in a strange, foreign pulse that binds her to Roman instead. Ever turns to dark magick, desperately attempting to break free of the curse, and ultimately risking everything she knows and loves.

I just can't bring myself to read the last two books in this series. After this one I just keep thinking, get it over with already! Very sad because it started so strong. I think six books were two too many for this story line. Not sure if I will finish them.

Monday

Torment by Lauren Kate

Lucinda is sure that she and Daniel are meant to be together forever. Now they are forced apart in a desperate bid to save Luce from the Outcasts, immortals who want her dead. As she discovers more about her past lives, Luce starts to suspect that Daniel is hiding something. What if he has lied to her about their shared past? What if Luce is really meant to be with someone else?

I had some mixed emotions on this one, but in the end it turned out well. I will definitely be reading the third book, Passion, coming out in Summer 2011.

Shadowland by Alyson Noel

Ever and Damen have fought off the world's darkest enemies so they could be together forever. But just as their long awaited destiny is finally within reach, a powerful curse could destroy everything. Desperate to break the curse, Ever immerses herself in magick and gets help from an unexpected source. Despite her fierce loyalty to Damen, Ever is drawn to Jude, a green-eyed golden boy with magical talents and a mysterious past. She's always believed Damen to be her soul mate, yet her connection with Jude grows stronger and tests her love like never before.

I'm not sure if this book annoyed me because of the love triangle or the general plot line. Either way, it was not my favorite. However, I never give up on a series!

Blue Moon by Alyson Noel

Just as Ever is learning everything she can about her new abilities , something terrible is happening to her beloved Damen. Desperate to save him, Ever travels to the mystical dimension of Summerland. With the approaching blue moon heralding her only window for travel, Ever is forced to decide between turning back the clock and saving her family or staying in the present and saving Damen.

Loved the second book in this series just as much as the first. Very action packed.

Evermore by Alyson Noel

Since a horrible accident claimed the lives of her family, Ever can see auras, hear people's thoughts, and know a person's entire life story by touch. Going out of her way to avoid human contact and suppress her abilities has branded her as a freak at her new high school, but everything changes when she meets Damen. As Ever is drawn deeper into his enticing world of secrets and mystery, she's left with more questions than answers. She has no idea just who or what he is. What she does know, is she's falling in love with him...

This book really surprised me and I could not put it down. HAD to read the second one as soon as it came out.
